At Aurea Olje by Jenni, each bottle is handcrafted in small batches with intention and care.
Due to the nature of our hair serum and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final on opened or used products.
Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:
• Your item arrived damaged
• Your order was lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier
To request a refund or replacement, please send an email to customerservice@aureaolje.com within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your full name
• Order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, approved refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was due to our error.
Because we are a small business, we kindly ask that all concerns be reported promptly so we can make things right.
